Phase 1: Creative Strategy
week 1: Kick-off
We will dive into you, what you do, why, and your goals. You will share stories of how you got to this point and you at your best. I will explain the Blossom Your Brand process and discuss expectations from both parties.
week 2: Core Values or Brand Audit
If you’re just starting out, our second coaching call will be focused on defining your Core Values, which will guide your business.
If you’ve been in business for a bit, our second call will be a Brand Audit & Strategy. Before the call, I will review your website, social media, & marketing materials. On our call we will discuss your brand’s strengths and the elements that may be harming your brand, with suggestions for short and long-term solutions.
week 3: vision setting
In Week 3, we will define your vision, which will be your North Star. We will discuss your ultimate dream for you and your business - what it is that you really want to do in your business, and how you want to do that? For whom? Who is your dream customer?
I will summarize our conversation and write out your vision and provide it for you in a PDF.
week 4: strategic planning
I will provide an analysis of your brand’s strengths, caution areas, & opportunities, and we will discuss. Then we will reorganize your offerings in a clear and concise way that will resonant with your dream customer, while not spreading yourself too thin.
Your strategic plan, along with your vision, will guide us into conceptualizing your brand identity.
phase 2: brand design
week 5: moodboard
Now that we have your vision and strategy set, I will create the foundation for your brand identity – the moodboard. This might include images, quotes, color schemes, and more that will capture your brand essence. We will have a brief chat to review the mood board, and ensure alignment. Package includes one round of changes for the moodboard.
week 6: brand style guide
After the mood is set, I will design a Brand Style Guide, which includes your brand’s color palette, typography set, patterns, and suggested photography. On our call, we will review the Brand Style Guide I have developed just for you. You will have the option for one round of changes.
week 7: logo design
With our genius Illustrator, Jackie, we will design a unique but timeless logo, with two variations. During our call, you will review the logo design, share feedback, and have the option of one round of changes.
week 8: basic brand accents
In weeks prior, you will decide on the Brand Accents you would like to build your brand. Your choice of three Basic Brand Accents: Business card design, Instagram post templates, Instagram Story templates, Facebook graphic, Banner for your blog or newsletter, or Letterhead, During our call, you will review the Brand Accents, share feedback, and have the option of one round of changes.
phase 3: brand development
WEEK 9: PREMIUM BRAND ACCENTS
Your choice of one Premium Brand Accents: customized workbook template, digital infographic, PowerPoint template, or Photography (1-hour session w/ 50 edited images).
During our call, you will review the Brand Accents, share feedback, and have the option of one round of changes.
WEEK 10: WEBSITE DESIGN
I will design your website’s layout; everything from your homepage, to a gallery showing off your work, to a calendar for your events, and more. Up to 5 pages. This week, I will show you around your new site. You will have the option to share feedback and one round of changes.
WEEK 11: WEBSITE COPYWRITING
We will help you share the story of your brand with copywriting that illustrates your brand’s essence. We specialize in taking your thoughts and articulating them into a clear and concise way while using a consistent tone that will build trust with your audience. Up to 5 pages.
WEEK 12: BRAND LAUNCH
After you approve the final designs, I will coach you on how to leverage your beautiful brand position to achieve your goals. I will explain the facets of your new brand, coach you on how to use and update each piece, and I will help you create your brand launch strategy. Finally, I pass everything over to you along with a helpful PDF guide.
